uubuzz Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the uubuzz platform. By accessing the uubuzz.top website or Android app, or by creating an account, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Uubuzz operates under a license from an international gaming authority. These terms have been published in Bengali to help Bangladeshi members understand them easily — however, the English version shall be considered the legally authoritative text. In the event of any conflict between sections, the English version will prevail.

As you read these terms, keep in mind — uubuzz wants all members to use the platform with full knowledge of how it works. If anything is unclear, please reach out to the support team.

2. Account Policy

You must be at least 18 years old to register on uubuzz. As part of the KYC process, you will need to submit a copy of your national ID or passport for age verification. Without completed KYC, large withdrawal requests may be put on hold.

Each member is permitted to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, phone number, device, or payment method, uubuzz reserves the right to close all of them and the associated balances may be forfeited.

The information you provide at registration must be accurate and your own. Opening an account using someone else's details is strictly prohibited. If you need to update any information, please contact support rather than attempting to change it yourself.

• Keep your account password strictly confidential — do not share it with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

• An inactivity fee may be applied to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on uubuzz can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds are generally credited to your wallet instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support with proof of the transaction.

Completed KYC is required to make a withdrawal. Withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 hours.

Deposits and withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. You must use your own mobile banking account — transactions made through someone else's account may be cancelled.

Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. Your original deposit can be withdrawn at any time, though any active bonus may be forfeited as a result.

4. Betting Rules

You must have sufficient balance in your account to place bets on uubuzz. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — so review your bet slip carefully before confirming.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. uubuzz may temporarily suspend a bet while odds are being evaluated — this is due to technical reasons and no compensation will be provided for it.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, stakes are generally refunded.
• If a cricket match is shortened by rain, DLS rules apply.
• Uubuzz reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same event — known as "cover betting" — may be treated as system manipulation.
• Maximum bet limits vary depending on the market and event.

Uubuzz reserves the right to review any bet if suspicious betting patterns are detected. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until the investigation is complete.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Uubuzz regularly offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, and cashback deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly outlined in the Bonuses section.

Bonus wagering requirements mean the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with 30x wagering means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is considered fraud.
• A portion of winnings earned from a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements.

6. Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on uubuzz to maintain platform security and fairness. These rules exist to ensure a fair experience for all members.

• Bots or Automated Software: Using bots to place bets instead of real people is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing or Insider Information: Placing bets based on insider information is a criminal offence.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to profit risk-free by exploiting odds differences across platforms.
• Money Laundering: Using uubuzz for money laundering purposes.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting technical glitches or errors.
• Attempts at hacking or data theft: Unauthorized access to uubuzz servers or another member's account.

If any of the above activities are proven, uubuzz will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to law enforcement if necessary.

7. Responsible Gaming

Uubuzz believes betting should be purely for entertainment — never a solution to financial problems. The wellbeing of our members matters more to us than profit.

The following tools are available on your uubuzz dashboard to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Timer: Automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Loss Limit: Betting is automatically stopped once a set loss limit is reached.
• Time-Out: Account suspended for 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to permanently or indefinitely close your account.

Once self-exclusion is activated, uubuzz will not send any marketing communications, and any attempt to open a new account will be automatically blocked by the system.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any transaction or betting outcome, please contact us first via live chat or at support@uubuzz.top. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

For complex matters, the support team will escalate the issue to the compliance department. Investigations may take up to 7 business days. uubuzz's decision in resolving any dispute is final, though members retain the right to appeal to the relevant licensing authority.

If an incorrect payment occurs due to a technical error, uubuzz reserves the right to correct it — even after the transaction has been completed.

9. Changes to Terms & Termination

Uubuzz may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, an SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number and a notice will be posted on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Uubuzz reserves the right to suspend any member's account if a breach of these Terms is established, suspicious activity is detected, or a regulatory directive is received. Any legitimate balance will be returned once the related investigation is concluded.

If any section of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to be fully effective.
